REGISTRATION IS CLOSED AT THE TEE-BALL THROUGH PONY LEVELS.

Walk-In Registration:
Please use Online or Mail-In Registration (Colt only).

Online Registration:
Online Registration is now available. The cost to register using this method is $5 per transaction. You can register more than 1 person per transaction. If you would like to register online, please visit http://cdbaseballstore.org.

Additional Registration Info:
Mail in registration forms must be post marked no later then February 23rd.

REGISTRATION FORMS POSTMARKED OR TURNED IN AFTER FEBRUARY 23RD WILL HAVE TO PAY A $30.00 LATE FEE.

Registration is open to all children who live within Central School District 301 and are age 5 to 17. (Children do not need to attend District 301 schools, but must live within School District 301's boundaries.)


PLEASE NOTE: Player & coach requests at the Pinto through Colt levels will NOT be granted.
